Corolla Slow Walks Down the Beach

Excited to share the latest addition to my #etsy shop: Corolla Slow Walks Down the Beach! This was one of my most favorite times spent with my little sister and her best friend Shannon Elrod, last year in 2017 at Corolla Beach. We had a blast driving on the beach, hanging out having some fun. I went absolutely photo crazy that day. I think I came away that day with like a thousand or so images to sift through after vacation. For just under 6 hours on the beach and to have that many subjects come across my viewfinder I had really considered myself a very lucky guy that day. I mean at the beach on a beautiful day hanging with friends and family and to have well over 200 subjects cross your path while soaking in the day. There was only one thing missing! The wild horses walking down the beach!

Well as you can see they did not disappoint! They were the best subjects of the day I walked alongside these magnificent creatures for about a mile and a half snapping shots when the opportunity presented itself. Each of them stared me down several different times wondering most likely “why is this dude following us what is his issue?” They were amazing and I was blown away by their care fear wonderful life, wishing that we all had it made like this once again. Just living life at a leisurely pace not having a care in the world other than where are we going to lay our heads down tonight after dinner. Just an amazing way to live throughout life it captivated me so much so that I took this shot of them strolling slowly and softly away from me and my camera and the busy bustling world that we all call life! I hope I captured that moment well and I hope this story hits you home in the mind, body, and soul.

Thank you for listening to this story.
